Terms of Service

1. Provider

The Service is provided by Fundacja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości „Twój StartUp”, ul. Żurawia 6/12, lok. 766, 00-503 Warszawa, Poland, KRS 0000442857, NIP 5213641211 (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@twoweeksnotice.app.

2. The Service

The Service helps you create resumes, including with AI features. Some features require a paid subscription (“Pro”). We may add, change, limit or remove features at any time.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 to use the Service. You sign in with a code sent to your email. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your email account secure. Work saved only in your browser may be lost if you clear browser data.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you enter or upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process and modify it as needed to operate, provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for your content, including that it is accurate, lawful and that you have the right to use it.

You must not:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, false or misleading;
• upload other people’s personal data without permission;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, copy or reverse engineer the Service, or bypass payment or usage limits.

The Service, including its software, templates and design, belongs to us or our licensors.

5. AI output

AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. You must review it before using it. Scores and suggestions, including ATS checks, are estimates only. We do not guarantee any outcome, such as interviews, job offers or how any employer or system evaluates your resume.

6. Subscriptions and payment

Pro costs $39 per month or $144 per year, including VAT where applicable, unless a different price is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period and are charged to your payment method until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period. Except as required by law or stated below, payments are non-refundable.

We may change prices. A new price applies from your next billing period after we notify you, and you may cancel before it applies.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, by emailing hello@twoweeksnotice.app. By subscribing, you request that Pro starts immediately. If you withdraw, we will refund your payment minus an amount proportionate to the service provided until you withdrew.

8. Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the Service, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that content will not be lost.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or opportunities, or loss of data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service.

11. Complaints

Send complaints to hello@twoweeksnotice.app. Consumers may also use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, such as consumer ombudsmen.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply from the date shown above. If a change materially affects a paid subscription, we will notify you before it applies, and you may cancel. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
